Plain-language summary: Aspect calculates astrological chart data from the birth details you give us and produces written interpretations for reflection. It is not advice, it does not predict events, and it comes with no warranty. Subscriptions renew until you cancel.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Aspect (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
Aspect calculates astrological chart data from the birth details you supply and produces written interpretations, daily and weekly reflections, comparison reports, and answers to questions about your chart. The interpretations are produced automatically from those calculated chart facts; the method and its limits are described on the "How readings work" page. The Service is offered for reflection and entertainment. It is not professional advice of any kind.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing in the Service is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice, and nothing in it is a prediction of future events. Do not use it to make decisions about your health, your finances, your legal position, or your safety. If you need professional help, seek it from a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
4. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age stated at sign-up to use the Service, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you supply another person's birth details for a comparison report, you confirm that you have that person's permission to do so and that they meet the same minimum age.
5. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in email and any credentials secure and tell Aspect promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
6. Your content and our content
Birth details, notes, saved items, and questions you enter remain yours. You grant Aspect the limited licence needed to store that material and to operate the Service for you. The readings, reports, page text, software, and design of the Service remain the property of Aspect and its licensors; you may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Some features are included with a paid plan. Plans renew automatically at the interval and price shown at purchase until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Where you purchase through an app store, that store's billing, renewal, and refund rules apply and cancellation is managed in your store account. Prices, taxes, and availability vary by country and may change with notice. Refunds are provided where required by applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to harass, profile, or make decisions about another person; to present its output as professional advice or as a factual claim about anyone; to resell or redistribute readings; to interfere with, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what applicable law permits; or in any way that breaks the law where you are.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
Features may be added, changed, or withdrawn, and the Service may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Where a change materially reduces a feature you are paying for, Aspect will give notice by a reasonable means.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and app-store distribution. Their terms govern their part of the relationship, and Aspect is not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what applicable law requires.
11. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Aspect does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate, and makes no promise about any outcome from using it.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. Aspect may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continuing would create a risk to other users or to the Service.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified by a reasonable means and reflected in the date shown on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
